Depending on the availability of live crabs on a given day, New England Crab Company will have as many as 80 members of our production team in our processing area. These loyal members (some with as much as 15 years of experience with the company) continuously receive GMP and Food Defense training and are cross-trained on all of the processing cells within the facility, to allow for maximum flexibility in meeting customer requirements -- which can vary greatly from day to day. These team members know each customer, their specifications, shipping requirements and special preferences so that we can meet and exceed our customers needs every day.
